The company remains privately held, with independent board members.  Cox Enterprises’ board includes three generations of Cox family members: Anne Cox Chambers, Jim Kennedy, Alex Taylor and Jamie Kennedy. Based in Atlanta, Cox Enterprises has more than $18 billion in revenue and approximately 55,000 employees.
