Cox Enterprises announced that it has promoted Cody Partin to Senior Vice President of Total Rewards & People Operations.  In this new role, he will continue to lead the Benefits, Compensation and Human Resources Technology Services (HRTS) teams as well as Talent Management & Diversity and Aviation.

“Cody has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, an aptitude for learning and a keen sense of doing the right thing in whatever role he has led – whether in people solutions, real estate or corporate services,” said Jill Campbell, Chief People and Operations Officer of Cox Enterprises. “Cody will focus on employing new solutions to achieve Cox’s vision of the modern workplace, fostering an environment where collaboration thrives, information flows seamlessly and technology enhances employees’ careers.”
