Cox Enterprises Promotes Jeff Raymond to Senior Director of Human Resources Technology Systems Operations
Cox Enterprises today announced that Jeff Raymond has been promoted to senior director of human resources technology systems (HRTS) operations, effective immediately. He reports to Catherine McGillivray, assistant vice president of HRTS.
“Jeff’s built strong relationships with his can-do attitude and focus on people, process and technology,” said McGillivray. “He has been with the company for more than ten years and continually exceeds expectations, while expanding his responsibilities.”
Raymond oversees Cox’s Payroll for Employees and Pensioners, PeopleSoft support, tax and compliance, as well as the company’s reporting and analytics team.
He joined Cox in 2005 as a senior manager of payroll operations. He previously held HRTS-related roles at Randstad, Cotelligent and AGL Resources.
He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Georgia State University and is a certified internal auditor. Raymond is co-founder of the Atlanta Rough Riders, a youth softball league, and volunteers with the Lakeside Dugout Club.
