Illness
A very serious illness can create financial burdens generally not covered by any health plan.
Injury
A catastrophic injury can create financial burdens generally not covered by any health plan.
Loss of a family member
Basic funeral expenses can add up and most of us live apart from our extended families.
Natural disaster
Disasters can destroy homes and create major life disruptions and support is needed to recover from a tornado, fire, earthquake, snowstorm or flood.
Sale or foreclosure of leased property
Having to move on short notice due to the sale or foreclosure of your rental home can cause significant stress when searching for new housing.
Unemployment
Unexpected loss of employment due to company closure or layoffs greatly impact a family’s ability cover the most basic of household expenses.
