Founded in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, the Cox Employee Relief Fund was created to help employees facing life’s unexpected hardships and has remained a powerful expression of our culture ever since.
Our first priority was to help our employees. We told them don’t worry about your jobs – stabilize your lives and then we’ll worry about serving our customers.
