Inclusion and Engagement

Cox is proud to have strong relationships with numerous organizations that advance our commitment to build a better future for the next generation.

Rooted in inclusion

We’re committed to fostering a culture where great people want to work and where every employee feels recognized, respected and empowered to build a better future. Fostering a culture of inclusion unlocks fresh perspectives and ideas that move our company forward.

Inclusion is the lens we apply to everything we do — from shaping and evaluating policies, programs, practices and benefits to informing the behaviors we expect of employees, to how we design our products and services and how we partner with the communities we serve.

The Cox culture

We provide a variety of ways for employees to connect and find community, including nine Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that are an essential part of our workplace culture. Each ERG is focused on driving inclusion and creating opportunities for networking, development, volunteerism and connection.

Inclusion creates opportunities

We provide all employees opportunities to:

  • navigate their own careers
  • share their unique perspectives
  • develop professionally and grow personally
  • mentor others and be mentored
  • connect through various programs such as Random Coffee, Convos at Cox and the Cox employee resource groups open to all employees
