Cox Enterprise Security Ranked No. 1

11/10/2020

The Cox Enterprise Security team always works hard to keep Cox employees and businesses safe and secure, but this year presented challenges like no other. The team played an essential role in leading Cox through the start of a global health crisis, social unrest and natural disasters across the country — and has once again been recognized as the best in the business by Security Magazine.

Security Magazine benchmarks security organizations from all over the country in its Security 500 Survey. The purpose of the survey is to create a reliable database to measure organizations against each other and create a benchmarking program.

For the third consecutive year, Cox Enterprises was ranked No. 1 in the Diversified Sector. Cox is categorized in this sector due to the diversity of the businesses.

“We’re excited and proud to receive a No. 1 ranking in our category again this year,” said Duane Ritter, senior vice president, Corporate Services and Enterprise Security, Cox Enterprises. “This recognition speaks to the hard work put in to building quality programs and ensuring the safety and security of our employees by our entire organization.”

Congratulations to all Enterprise Security employees for once again topping the list.
