For more than 20 years, the Chronicle’s “Best Places to Work” awards program has honored the city's leading employers by highlighting companies that go above and beyond to foster an enjoyable and meaningful work environment for their employees. 

About the Award 

The 2023 “Best Places to Work” awards list features companies that were assessed based on employee satisfaction, career opportunities, culture and values, work-life balance, benefits and more. Only 100 companies make the list each year.
