From Atlanta's WSB-TV: Cox commits $5 million to Emory Healthcare

The James M. Cox Foundation announced its commitment to provide up to $5 million to Emory Healthcare for purchasing coronavirus COVID-19 testing equipment.

The coronavirus is continuing to spread in Georgia and so far, equipment is still currently available in limited quantities. Cox and Emory are working together to purchase more equipment as it becomes available.

Cox says the goal is to have the ability to complete 3,000 tests per day.
