From financial literacy programs to discounted services, we offer many ways to help guide you along your path to prosperity.

Financial coaching

Resources for Living provides employees, members of their household and dependents up to the age of 26 with access to free financial coaching with one free, 30-minute telephone consultation per topic, per year. Topics include budget planning, retirement saving, business finance, legal assistance, taxes and audits. If you need more time or guidance, you can keep working with a financial coach at a discounted rate.

Financial literacy

My Money 101 powered by Truist Momentum is a self-guided program that teaches you the basics of financial literacy so you can confidently manage your money. 

Employees can learn more by visiting the Financial Education & Counseling page on Inside Cox.

Also available through Resources for Living, employees and members of their household and dependents up to the age of 26 have access to legal information on civil or consumer issues, personal or family matters, and more. You can receive one free, 30-minute consultation per legal matter, per year, and a reduced rate if you decide to continue working with the attorney.

Tuition assistance

Full-time and part-time employees can be reimbursed for courses at an accredited educational institution. This includes traditional degrees (associate, bachelor’s, master’s and Ph.D. programs), vocational programs (mechanic, etc.) and professional certifications (project management, coding, change management, etc.). You can even earn GED certification or take English as a second language classes.

Adoption assistance

This benefit will reimburse adoption costs, up to $5,000 per adoption, for employees who have successfully finished the adoption process. Those seeking multiple adoptions in the same year can receive up to $10,000. This benefit can also be used to legally adopt family members or stepchildren.

Personalized student debt platform

Candidly is a personalized student loan program integrated with our existing 401(k) plan through Vanguard. Candidly provides guidance to help you pay off student debt while saving for the future. Employees can access Candidly after logging in to their Vanguard account at Vanguard.com/StudentLoans.
