Senior Vice President, Total Rewards & People Operations
Cody Partin serves as senior vice president of total rewards and people operations for Cox Enterprises.
Partin is responsible for leading the Benefits, Compensation and Human Resources Technology Services (HRTS) teams, as well as Talent Management & Diversity and Aviation. He leads the planning, strategic design, implementation and administration of benefits for Cox’s approximately 55,000 employees, executive compensation programs, human resources technology services, diversity initiatives and aviation operations. Under his direction, his team has led some of Cox's most important people solutions work.
Partin joined Cox in 2009, serving as vice president of real estate and corporate services, where he played an instrumental role in the expansion of the corporate campus and managed the company’s immense real estate portfolio. Prior to Cox, he was an associate at Dow Lohnes PLLC.
He is a member of the board of trustees for Oglethorpe University, the board of directors for the Perimeter Business Alliance, the Sandy Springs/Perimeter Chamber of Commerce and TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc. He is an active supporter of CURE Childhood Cancer and served as chair of the Fulton Perimeter Community Improvement District.
Partin earned a bachelor's degree in politics from Oglethorpe University, a juris doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a master’s of business administration degree from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
