Senior Vice President, Total Rewards & People Operations
Cody Partin serves as senior vice president of total rewards and people operations for Cox Enterprises.
Partin leads the planning, strategic design, implementation and administration of employee benefits, executive compensation, talent management, inclusion and diversity, human resources technology services and aviation operations. Partin also serves as President of the Cox Employee Relief Fund.
Under his direction, Cox’s people solutions programs and total rewards portfolio have evolved to ensure the company continues to attract and retain top talent as a recognized employer of choice. Signature new programs and benefits include gender confirmation coverage, enhanced prescription drug benefits, expanded medical plan choices and a renewed, comprehensive focus on the overall employee experience at Cox.
Partin joined the company in 2009 and previously served as vice president of real estate and corporate services, where he played an instrumental role in the expansion of the corporate campus and managed the company’s immense real estate portfolio. Prior to Cox, he was an associate at Dow Lohnes PLLC.
Partin is a member of the executive committee of the board of trustees for Oglethorpe University and a member of the board of trustees for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta. He formerly served as chair of the Fulton Perimeter Community Improvement District and on the board of directors for the Perimeter Business Alliance, the Sandy Springs/Perimeter Chamber of Commerce and TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc. He was recently selected to participate in the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2021 and is an active supporter of CURE Childhood Cancer.
Partin earned a bachelor's degree in politics from Oglethorpe University, a juris doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a master’s of business administration degree from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
