Cox Enterprises Names Cody Partin as Vice President of Real Estate and Corporate Services

Cox Enterprises today named Cody Partin as vice president of real estate and corporate services, effective immediately. He reports to Marybeth Leamer, executive vice president of human resources and administration.
In addition to managing Cox Enterprises’ national commercial real estate portfolio, Partin now also oversees the company’s corporate services function.

In his expanded role, Cody is responsible for ensuring our corporate campus is an environmentally-friendly facility that fosters a collaborative work culture,” said Leamer. “As a company with 55,000 employees and locations across the globe, Cox Enterprises also highly values the travel function. Cody’s team negotiates travel-related contracts and partnerships.”
Partin is responsible for Cox Enterprises' corporate building services and travel, as well as meetings and event services. He also oversees the headquarters’ conference and dining centers, catering and audio/video functions. Partin was instrumental in expanding Cox’s corporate campus to include a 600,000-square-foot facility in 2012 and a 578,000 square-foot building in 2015.
Prior to joining Cox in 2009 as director of real estate, Partin was an associate at Dow Lohnes PLLC. He serves as chair of the Fulton Perimeter Community Improvement District. He is a member of the board of trustees for Oglethorpe University, the board of directors for the Perimeter Business Alliance, the Sandy Springs/Perimeter Chamber of Commerce and TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc. He is an active supporter of CURE Childhood Cancer.
Partin earned a bachelor's degree in politics from Oglethorpe University, a juris doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a master’s of business administration degree from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
