Cox Enterprises Names Greg Jackson as Vice President of Enterprise Talent Acquisition

Cox Enterprises today announced Greg Jackson as vice president of enterprise talent acquisition, effective immediately. He reports to Robert Cahn, vice president of talent management and diversity.

“Greg brings 20 years of expertise to this role and has been instrumental in the development of our enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy,” said Cahn. “As Cox Enterprises continues to grow and diversify, Greg’s team is bringing together the knowledge and skills of our recruiting experts across the nation to attract and retain employees who are best prepared to meet the talent needs of the entire portfolio of Cox businesses going forward.”

He has experience in change management, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, vendor management and workforce analytics. Prior to this role, Jackson served as vice president of planning and talent acquisition at Cox Communications, the company’s broadband communications and entertainment subsidiary. In this role, he created a centralized team of specialized recruiters to meet the company’s recruiting needs throughout its corporate and field locations. He previously held leadership roles in shared services organizational design and talent acquisition at BAE Systems, Coventry Health Care, SunCom Wireless and TSYS.

Jackson earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology, administration and management from Excelsior College and an associate’s degree in public and business administration from Fayetteville Technical Institute.
