Cox Enterprises Promotes Anne Lofye to Assistant Vice President of Real Estate

Cox Enterprises today announced that Anne Lofye has been promoted to assistant vice president of real estate, effective immediately. She reports to Cody Partin, vice president of real estate and corporate services.
“As a company that operates across the nation and globe, Cox Enterprises has an extensive property portfolio,” said Partin. “Anne does a tremendous job aligning Cox’s real estate needs with both the company’s growth and sustainability priorities.”
In this role, she oversees the real estate holdings of all Cox-owned entities. Lofye manages the transaction group, which handles buying, selling and leasing properties across the nation. She also is responsible for providing project management and construction-related services to Cox businesses.
Prior to joining Cox, Lofye was a senior vice president with CB Richard Ellis Inc.
