Cody Partin Promoted to SVP, Total Rewards & People Operations

Cox Enterprises announced that it has promoted Cody Partin to Senior Vice President of Total Rewards & People Operations.  In this new role, he will continue to lead the Benefits, Compensation and Human Resources Technology Services (HRTS) teams as well as Talent Management & Diversity and Aviation.

“Cody has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, an aptitude for learning and a keen sense of doing the right thing in whatever role he has led – whether in people solutions, real estate or corporate services,” said Jill Campbell, Chief People and Operations Officer of Cox Enterprises. “Cody will focus on employing new solutions to achieve Cox’s vision of the modern workplace, fostering an environment where collaboration thrives, information flows seamlessly and technology enhances employees’ careers.”

Partin joined Cox in 2009 leading real estate and corporate services where he played an instrumental role in the expansion of the corporate campus and managed the company’s immense real estate portfolio.

In 2016, he was tapped to lead benefits, compensation and HRTS. Since assuming that role, Partin has led some of Cox’s most important people solutions work including the transition to an enhanced 401(k), the successful upgrade to a new PeopleSoft system and the introduction of a wide variety of new, market-leading offerings to our employees including enhanced health benefits.

Partin is active in his community as a member of the board of trustees for Oglethorpe University – his alma mater – and is an active supporter of CURE Childhood Cancer. He has also served as chair of the Fulton Perimeter Community Improvement District. He earned a law degree from Harvard Law School and a masters of business administration from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
