Cox on Forbes' Best Employers for Diversity List

We’re proud to announce that Cox Enterprises has been named to Forbes’ second annual list of America’s Best Employers for Diversity.

Cox scored extremely well by all measures, ranking first in Georgia and 29th nationwide (out of 500 companies). The list reflects not only the companies that received the most recommendations, but also the organizations that boast the most diverse boards and executive ranks, as well as the most proactive diversity and inclusion initiatives.  

The 2019 list is a ranking of employers across all industries in the United States, based on an independent survey of 50,000 Americans who work for companies with 1,000 or more employees.
