Forbes: Cox VP Tiffanie McDonald Shares ID&E Expertise

06/09/2021

Since joining Cox in 2019, Vice President of Inclusion & Diversity Tiffanie McDonald has helped the company create an inclusion, diversity and equity strategy (ID&E) and set actionable goals designed to help us champion inclusion, reflect our diverse communities and empower our great people to build a better future together.

Those goals include improving the proportion of our executives who are people of color by 50% over the next five years, expanding inclusion capability through education and awareness, and establishing a new ID&E policy for Cox employees.

Forbes featured McDonald in a recent story about advice for other companies pursuing similar work. Tiffanie-McDonald-image-square.jpg

“When employees feel valued, respected and able to bring their whole self to work, they perform better. The employee experience is inextricably linked to the customer experience and business results,” McDonald told Forbes.
