Key Role Will Drive Company’s Efforts to Re-imagine, Revolutionize Client Service

To drive Manheim’s efforts to reimagine and revolutionize customer service and position the company for future growth, Doug Keim has been appointed senior vice president of Client Experience. In this role, he will develop and execute initiatives designed to improve dealer and commercial client satisfaction and profitability. Effective March 1, Keim will report to Janet Barnard, president of Manheim North America.

“One of Manheim’s key strategies is to deliver the best customer experience by making it easier to do business with us,” said Barnard. “We’ve made great progress and I’m confident that Doug will accelerate our efforts, ensuring dealers feel connected, empowered and heard.”

In response to evolving client needs and marketplace opportunities, Manheim will continue to invest in ways to deliver innovative solutions, greater levels of efficiency and partner with clients for success.

In his new position, Keim will leverage his strong background in organizational leadership, global product development, marketing, insights and innovation. He most recently served as Cox Automotive’s vice president of Strategic Growth for the Media Group and was responsible for the management and growth of Trade-In Marketplace and Haystak Digital Marketing.
