Rebecca Siegel

Rebecca Siegel oversees the financial reporting and corporate accounting functions at Cox Enterprises and leads the income and operating tax functions responsible for tax accounting, planning and audit defense on behalf of Cox and its subsidiaries.

Siegel joined Cox in 2003 and has held various roles in the tax department throughout her 20 years with the company. Prior to joining Cox, she worked in the Atlanta offices of Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen.

Siegel graduated from Tulane University with a bachelor’s in accounting and finance and a master’s of accounting. She is certified by Duke University for Coaching for Excellence. She is also a certified public accountant (CPA), a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and a board member of the Broadband Tax Institute. She previously served on the board of Peachtree Middle School and is on the board of Stage Door Theatre in Dunwoody.
