Financial Literacy: My Money 101 powered by Truist Momentum is a guided program that teaches you financial-literacy basics so you can confidently manage your money.
Discounted Home, Auto, Pet and Identity Theft Insurance: Cox Added Benefits offers negotiated group discounts on insurance for your home, automobiles and pets, as well as identity theft protection.
Financial Coaching: Resources for Living provides you and your household members access to free financial coaching with one free, 30-minute telephone consultation per topic. Topics include budget planning, retirement saving, business finance, legal assistance, taxes and audits. If you need more time or guidance, you can keep working with a financial coach at a discounted rate.
Tuition Reimbursement: Provides financial reimbursement for all full- and part-time employees for courses at an accredited educational institution. This includes traditional degrees (associate, bachelor’s, master’s and Ph.D. programs), vocational programs (mechanic, electrician, etc.) and professional certifications (project management, coding, change management etc.). You can even earn a GED certification or take English as a second language classes.
Legal Assistance: This is also available through Resources for Living. You'll receive a free, 30-minute consultation per each legal matter and a reduced rate if you decide to continue working with the attorney.
