Celebrating Recent Graduates
As part of CAU, the “SHIFT: Reinventing Leadership” program is an eight-month course created for senior executives and industry influencers. Through experiential learning sessions and one-on-one business coaching, participants learn from each other and focus on methods to help reinvent the way they lead their organizations through change.
With the program’s latest graduation of 14 executives from 10 of Cox Automotive’s largest dealer clients, the company is activating a powerful, growing leadership network that offers each SHIFT participant access to more than 50 like-minded industry influencers. Representing hundreds of dealerships across three countries, these individuals are building trust within the industry to help shape the leaders of tomorrow.
Due to the success of Reinventing Leadership, Cox Automotive will soon add several new programs to the SHIFT Portfolio in 2018 to target other levels of leaders and different client segments.
Through these types of client-focused experiences, Cox Automotive is partnering with their clients in ways that reach beyond the products they sell — by empowering them to start thinking differently about tomorrow and help guide the evolution of the automotive industry.
