Inclusion, diversity and equity have always been a part of our culture. But the extraordinary events of 2020 compelled us to look inward, reflect and listen to our employees. Based on that feedback, we strengthened our Inclusion, Diversity and Equity plan to translate our genuine intentions into concrete actions to help drive change.

Investing in Our Communities 

Our tradition of giving back started with our founder and is something Cox employees are proud to uphold to this day. Our goal is to create a ripple effect, focusing on programs that solve environmental and STEAM challenges for diverse and/or underserved communities while leaning into our unique business skills through innovation. Through Team Cox, our employees have an opportunity to roll up their sleeves and get to work as volunteers in the communities we serve. We’re also working to close the digital divide by working with organizations that ensure access to digital learning opportunities.
