In the aftermath of Hurricane Michael, WSB-TV is coordinating the donation and delivery of much-needed supplies for people whose homes and property were damaged.

convoy-2.jpgYou can bring donations of bottled water, household cleaning items and non-perishable food items to the following locations from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19:

WSB at 1601 West Peachtree Street, NE, Atlanta, Ga. 30309

Caring 4 Others at 3537 Browns Mill Road, Atlanta, Ga. 30354

Our nonprofit partner, Caring for Others, will provide new clothes in addition to the supplies collected. Several law enforcement agencies also are supporting Convoy of Care: the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives, the Georgia Sheriff’s Association and the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police.

The use of tractor trailers for the convoy is made possible by Atlanta Peach Movers and the Georgia Motor Trucking Association.
